SOUND CHECK

Sound Check is a special sound meditation workshop conducted monthly as an invitation to check in each cycle.

Each month brings a different theme, which taps into seasonal and elemental changes, lunations, planetary alignments and celestial events.

February's workshop is centered on connections. Celebrate the magic of union this Valentine's Day in junction with the Lunar New Year, whether with yourself or someone you treasure. 

Bring your beloved, friend or family, or come solo, journey inwards and soak up the good vibes.

For hygiene reasons, please bring a big towel to layer over the mat, a shawl or jacket for warmth, and your water bottle for hydration.
